Romans 12:1-2

So here's what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don't become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You'll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you. Romans 12:1-2

Counting Our Blessings 2.8.11

113. Being snowed in has brought the blessing of lots of family time – games, movies, puzzles, reading, cuddling in front of the fire.

114. My sister’s best friend has been here since Sat. Hubby and I met her when we lived in Mississippi and she has always been a blessing in our lives.

115. God's timing. The timing of "Counting Our Blessings".

116. My heart will choose to say, “Lord, blessed be Your name.”

  2. Many of us have been "snowed in" recently! It was nice to stay home all week. Friday evening was the first time I ventured out into the snowy cold. We love puzzles at our house, too.

    Blessings,
    Christine
