Romans 12:1-2

So here's what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don't become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You'll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you. Romans 12:1-2

Hubby's Hands

These wonderful hands went back to work today.  Hubby is an extremely hard-worker.  It's one of the qualities I admire about him.  He's always careful to balance his work with caring for his family too.

Last night, Hubby started easing back into work - grading papers and such.  He didn't do much of that during break and I'm so thankful.  Not so much for me, but for him.  I think he truly feels like he rested and had a break.

Of course he finished a big project during his time off!  Over a year ago, he had the heater in his truck "fixed" (didn't last long) and those who fixed it cracked the dashboard.  However, they didn't take responsibility for it, yada, yada, yada.  During break, Hubby fixed the heater AND replaced the dashboard.

Thanks Hubby for being great at fixing things on our cars and around the house.  You have saved us thousands and thousands of dollars.  I think your hands are wonderful!
