Romans 12:1-2

So here's what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don't become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You'll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you. Romans 12:1-2

  1. Beautiful posts and tributes to your mom! (((hugs)) to you as you remember her Birthday.

It was so good to hear from you and I apologize for my lack of correspondence. Life has been crazy busy, but good. I've really needed the blog break and have been blessed in my obedience.

I hope you enjoyed your Mother's Day!

    1. Happy Mother's Day times five!

I'm not sure my Mom would have understood blogging, but she would have loved my list of 1000 gifts. I have some old Bible study books of hers that I love seeing her writing in - a treasure!

Do you have an end of the school year? If so - hope it's great! We're getting ready to leave at the end of the month for 18 days, then a week of my nephew visiting, then both boys gone a weeek at separate camps (date night every night!)

I'm glad your break has been refreshing. I still think of your word - beloved and pray for you.
